Our program provides a space where young children can explore communication and social connection at their own pace. Each session is shaped by responsive routines — predictable rhythms that offer structure while allowing room for flexibility based on the needs and cues of the children.
A typical session includes arrival and circle time, a structured activity, shared snack time, guided free play, an early literacy activity, and clean-up and goodbye. Sessions are held from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with enrollment options for two or four days per week.
Through shared play, language-rich interactions, and consistent co-regulation, children develop the skills they need to express their thoughts, manage challenges, and build meaningful relationships.
Little Oakies is a part-time language program for 2.5- to 5-year-olds
Monday - Thursday 9AM to 11AM
Because our group includes 2.5- to 4-year-olds, learning is naturally collaborative and flexible. Children learn from each other, at their own pace, in an environment that celebrates differences in age, ability, and personality. With a small group size and responsive teaching, I’m able to individualize support and keep expectations developmentally appropriate for everyone.
Weekly Tuition:
4 days/week: $160/week
2 days/week: $80/week
Tuition is billed weekly and reflects a rate of $40 per session. Weeks with holidays or planned closures will be prorated automatically — you’ll only be charged for the days Little Oakies is open.
Tuition is based on registration, not attendance, to ensure consistent group size and planning. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions. However, longer planned absences (such as family vacations) can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $25 is due at the time of enrollment.
All materials are included in the tuition cost.
Snacks are provided by families to ensure that each child’s individual dietary needs, allergies, and preferences are respected and accommodated.
There is no minimum enrollment commitment. As long as space is available, families are welcome to join at any point during the year. You may end your child’s enrollment at any time with two week notice. A waitlist will be maintained when groups are full.
